Have an old U.S. or State flag that needs to be retired due to age or condition? Representative Mark Mustio's office will be collecting retired United States flags and Pennsylvania State flags to send to local nonprofit organizations for proper handling and burial. Representative Mustio reminds us that as American citizens, it is our duty to properly dispose of flags to ensure true patriotism and his office is there to follow protocol and facilitate the process of flag disposal.
