Chapman Properties has been working with Findlay Township for several years on a 2 1/2 million square foot master planned business par (Chapman Westport) sited on 303 acres at the intersection of the I-576 turnpike and Westport Road. We have found the Township, from the Board of Supervisors and Township management to Township staff, to be most cooperative and supportive of the development process and specifically to new business. The Township has expedited the entitlement process to the extent possible, and has been very responsive in helping to secure infrastructure improvements to support future development and Township growth. We look forward to working with Findlay and their professional staff as our Chapman Westport projects evolves.
